How it Works

Invader® chemistry utilizes two simultaneous, isothermal reactions in a biplex format featuring an internal control.

In the primary reaction, both the Invader oligonucleotide and primary probe hybridize to the target of interest. In the secondary reaction, a fluorescent signal is generated. The combination of primary and secondary reactions provides approximately 10 million-fold signal amplification.
